Return Policy Information
Dashaway
wants you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you
are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please ship the item back to
Dashaway within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.*
*All items must be returned in new
and unused condition with all original packaging, paperwork and parts. Items
returned in new, ready to sell condition will receive a full and prompt refund,
excluding any shipping costs and applicable restocking fees.
Dashaway does not accept items
returned more than 30 days after delivery. Any orders that are refused upon delivery (for
reasons other than damage), undeliverable, or cancelled after being shipped
will be subject to our return policy.
In the unlikely event that your
order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of receiving
the item and we will send you the correct product, replacement product, or
replacement parts at no cost to you.
How to
return an item (Return procedure):
If you decide to return
an item, a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) must be issued. To
get an RMA#, contact customer service at 866-You-Dash ext. 1234 or by email at orders@dashaway.net. Your item will be
issued a Return Merchandise Authorization Number, for which to track the
progress of the return. Returns will NOT be accepted without an RMA#. Other
restrictions may apply.
Return shipping:
Once you receive an
RMA# please ship the item back to Dashaway at:
Dashaway Company:
The
customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to Dashaway Company,
including any costs and arrangements for shipping as well as proof of delivery
on all returns. Please retain tracking information until you have been
credited. We highly recommend using a reputable carrier capable of providing
proof of delivery and insurance to assure that the item is received in new
condition. Be sure that the RMA# is visible on the packaging to expedite the
return process.
Credits:
All
returned items will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. In order to
receive a full refund (minus shipping costs and restocking fees) the items must
be returned in new and unused condition with all original packaging, paperwork
and parts. Once we accept your return, the payment method used to place the
order will be credited back the full purchase price minus any shipping charges
and restocking fees if applicable. An email confirming your return and credit
will be sent.
Please
allow 7-10 business days from the time that the credit is issued for it to
appear on your credit card statement. The length of time for the credit to
appear is dependent on your credit card company and may take up to 1 - 2
billing cycles.
** If a
product is not in new condition (as described above) or does not meet the
return conditions, we may be unable to issue you a credit or exchange, and the
item may be shipped back to you at your expense.
Defective
or damaged items:
If you
receive an item that is damaged or missing parts, please contact customer
service at 866-YOU- DASH ext 12345 so that we can send the appropriate missing
parts or replace the damaged item.
