Dashaway - Product Detail

The Dashaway offers new hope to those with neurological conditions, physical limitations, amputees and more. It works as a preventative device, mobility aid, exercise system and a rehabilitation tool. The Dashaway System has been chosen by the International Council on Active Aging as North America’s most innovative new piece of equipment for active older adults.

Each Dashaway unit comes standard with a storage bag and backrest for extra convenience and safety. You will also have the option of color and braking configuration for your Dashaway. Units are available in traditional red and black, please click on the product shots above to see examples of each color. The standard style braking system works just like a bicycle. Pulling one or both of the hand brakes stops the Dashaway from moving. The Default Safety Brake option provides an added level of safety. The brakes stay engaged until you pull one or both hand brakes.
